本报讯 近日，亚太商学院（The Asia Pacific School of Business, APSB）与 APSB 和 GAFM 联合学院（APSB and GAFM United College®）根据学院章程及《荣誉院士遴选条例》相关规定，严格遵循公开、公平、公正原则，完整履行资格审查、专家评议、综合评审与董事会终审等法定遴选程序，依法依规正式授予西尔维奥・西西利亚诺教授（Prof. Dr. Silvio Siciliano）、让 - 弗朗索瓦・马尼亚尼教授（Prof. Dr. Jean Francois Magnani）及让·米歇尔·希乔基（Prof. Dr. Jean Michel Cichocki）、克里斯泰尔·朗格拉斯（Prof. Dr. Christelle Lenglacé）以及玛丽·何塞·尼古拉迪斯（Prof. Dr. Marie José Nicolaïdis）以“ 荣誉院士”（Honorary Academician）称号，以表彰这五位国际知名学者在高等教育、学术研究、行业治理及国际交流合作领域所作出的卓越贡献与深远影响。
Recently, The Asia Pacific School of Business (APSB) and APSB and GAFM United College®, in compliance with its institutional articles and the Rules for the Selection of Honorary Academicians, have strictly adhered to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality. Having duly completed the statutory selection procedures consisting of qualification review, expert evaluation, comprehensive assessment and final adjudication by the Board of Directors, the two institutions have officially conferred the title of Honorary Academician upon Prof. Dr. Silvio Siciliano, Prof. Dr. Jean Francois Magnani, Prof. Dr. Jean Michel Cichocki, Prof. Dr. Christelle Lenglacé and Prof. Dr. Marie José Nicolaïdis in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The accolade is awarded in recognition of the exceptional contributions and profound influence of the five internationally distinguished scholars in the realms of higher education, academic research, industry governance, and international exchange and cooperation.
本次荣誉授予工作全程规范透明、程序严谨完备，所有环节均符合相关制度要求与国际学术荣誉授予惯例，充分保障了荣誉授予的权威性、严肃性与公正性。经多方提名、资格核验、专业评审及董事会集体审议，五位教授、博士凭借其深厚的学术造诣、广泛的行业影响力与突出的社会贡献，获得一致通过，荣誉称号分别于 2026 年 4 月 6 日和 2026 年 4 月 8 日及2026 年 4 月 25日、2026 年 4 月 30日颁布并即日起正式生效。
The entire process of this honorary conferment was standardized, transparent, rigorous and well-established, with all procedures fully complying with relevant institutional regulations and international conventions for the awarding of academic honors. It has fully safeguarded the authority, solemnity and impartiality of this honorary title conferment.
Following multi-party nomination, qualification verification, professional evaluation and collective deliberation by the Board of Directors, the five professors and doctors were unanimously elected in recognition of their profound academic attainments, extensive industry influence and outstanding social contributions. The honorary titles were officially promulgated on April 6, April 8, April 25 and April 30, 2026 respectively, and shall take effect as of the respective date of promulgation.

Prof. Dr. Jean Francois Magnani, currently President of the Professional Engineers of France (IPF), is an iconic figure in the French engineering technology sector and industrial governance system. Prof. Dr. Marie José Nicolaïdis is the Vice Regional Chair of SRIPF02 coveringfor the Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Picardy and Ardennes regions, under the Société Nationale des Ingénieurs Professionnels de France. She has been responsible for and coordinating the verification of your professional experience all year round, and confirming through formal evidence that a person possesses and exercises competence in a specific field. This nature of work has made her an indispensable professional talent and a key executor of IPF.

This time, the title of Honorary Academician is awarded to the five professors and doctors in accordance with laws and regulations, which is not only a high recognition of their long-term academic persistence and professional contributions, but also will further deepen the strategic cooperation between the colleges and top international academic forces and authoritative industrial institutions, helping the colleges achieve higher-quality and more sustainable development in international school-running, high-level scientific research and innovation, and high-level talent training.
