2026 SDG Global Action and Future Vision Week Participant Application Announcement

The 2026 SDG Global Action and Future Vision Week (March 2–6, 2026) will be held in a hybrid format of 24/7 Global Online Platform, APSB Shenzhen Campus and APSB Hanoi Campus. As a flagship regional initiative of the UGC’s annual SDG Action & Awareness Week, this event gathers global SDG experts, scholars, university students, faculty and staff, and industry practitioners to jointly explore sustainable development solutions in the Asia Pacific region and empower the advancement of the UN 2030 Agenda.
To ensure the smooth organization of the event and provide high-quality participation experience for all attendees, we now officially open the participant application channel. All interested individuals and organizational representatives are welcome to register via the designated application link. The relevant application details are announced as follows:
1. Event Time: March 2–6, 2026
2. Participation Modes: Online participation / Offline participation (Shenzhen Campus / Hanoi Campus)
3. Event Nature: Free public service activity (all participation is voluntary; the organizer provides two meals per day for offline participants, and other expenses are borne by the participants themselves)
4. Application Channel: Special registration form (only via the official link)

5. Important Reminder: The organizer will strictly keep all personal information of applicants confidential and will not share it with any third party; the contact number provided will only be used for event-related communication.
Global higher education students, faculty and staff of universities and research institutions, sustainable development practitioners from various industries, and other social groups who are concerned about and committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are all welcome to apply. Applicants can participate as individuals or organizational representatives.
3. Application Process & Requirements
1. Fill in the Application Form: All applicants need to log in to the official application link (https://forms.office.com/r/J9v9dVcp5h) and fill in the registration form in full and truthfully according to the prompts. The form includes mandatory items such as personal basic information, participation mode, and self-introduction; incomplete information will affect the application review.
2. Content Requirements for the Form:
○ Self-introduction (no more than 1,000 words): Need to include education background, academic experience / work experience, and relevant experience or understanding of SDGs (if any).
○ Organizational participants: Need to accurately fill in the full name of the organization in the designated column.
○ Arrival/participation date: Offline participants need to fill in the planned arrival date at the campus according to the event schedule; online participants need to fill in the planned online participation time period.
3. Submission Confirmation: After completing the form, submit it online; applicants can print a copy of the filled information for their own reference after submission.
4. Review & Notification: The event organizing committee will review the application materials in a unified manner, and the admission result and subsequent participation guidelines will be notified to applicants via the registered email/contact number in a timely manner.
4. Key Application Options & Related Instructions
The organizing committee is recruiting event volunteers for offline campuses (Shenzhen/Hanoi) and online operation. Applicants who are willing to be volunteers can select Yes/Maybe in the corresponding column of the form; the volunteer selection criteria, work content and related support will be notified separately to eligible applicants.
Applicants who are willing to apply for the speaker position (including keynote speech, panel discussion, workshop sharing, etc.) can select Yes/Maybe in the corresponding column of the form; the organizing committee will review the professional background and sharing direction of the applicants, and the qualified speakers will be invited to participate in the event’s academic and exchange activities after confirmation.
4.3 Offline Participation Support Services
1. Invitation Letter: Applicants who need an official event invitation letter (for visa application, leave approval, etc.) can select Yes in the corresponding column; the organizing committee will issue a unified electronic version of the invitation letter to eligible offline participants after the application is approved.
2. Hotel Booking & Pick-up/Drop-off Services: Applicants who need the organizer to assist with hotel booking and campus pick-up/drop-off services can select Yes/Maybe in the corresponding column; the organizer will provide optional cooperative hotel information and pick-up/drop-off arrangement plan, and the related expenses will be borne by the participants themselves.
Applicants need to select the travel expense bearing method in the form (self-funded / public funds / other), and truthfully declare according to the actual situation.
5. Information Publicity Option
Applicants can independently select whether to make their participation information public (Public / Secret) in the form; the organizing committee will arrange the publicity of participant information in accordance with the applicant’s choice (if any).
The form sets up special columns for event proposal submission and questions & suggestions. All applicants are welcome to put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the event content, activity arrangement, and service guarantee, so as to help us optimize the event plan and improve the participation experience.
7. Satisfaction & Recommendation Evaluation
The form includes the evaluation of the event organization satisfaction and the net promoter score (NPS). We welcome applicants to score and evaluate according to their expectations for the event; the evaluation results will be an important basis for the organizing committee to optimize the event details.
1. The event is open to all applicants for free, and there is no any form of registration fee; please be alert to fake registration links and avoid being scammed.
2. Offline participants need to abide by the campus management regulations of APSB Shenzhen/Hanoi Campus and the on-site arrangement of the event organizing committee; online participants need to abide by the relevant norms of online participation and maintain the order of online exchange activities.
3. The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust the event schedule and arrangement according to the actual situation; all subsequent adjustments will be notified to the admitted participants in a timely manner via the official channel and the registered contact information.
