Subject: Appointment of Plenipotentiary Representatives for Handling Relevant Student Affairs
In view of the fact that our school has convened an emergency meeting of the Extraordinary School Affairs Committee and resolved, after review by the Academic Committee, the Degree Committee, and the Academic Ethics and Responsibilities Review Committee, and with the approval of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, and in order to properly address the follow-up student affairs arising therefrom, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of affected students, and ensure the orderly handling of related matters, The Asia Pacific School of Business (hereinafter referred to as "our School") hereby officially appoints Dr. Eric Zhang and Stephanie Pang. Pang as our plenipotentiary representatives.
This appointment is an official authorization. Dr. Eric Zhang and Stephanie Pang are entrusted with full powers to handle all matters related to the students involved in the former joint programs with COSBA, including but not limited to information verification, communication coordination, and guiding the proper resolution of disputes. Their actions under this authorization shall represent the official stance of our School.

We urge all students in Ghana involved in the a forementioned programs and COSBA to actively cooperate with Dr. Eric Zhang and Stephanie Pang, provide true and complete information as required, and work together to properly resolve all related issues. Any acts of evasion, obstruction, or fraud during the handling of these matters will not be the responsibility of our school. Our school will pursue legal action, including compensation, civil prosecution, and criminal charges, in accordance with relevant international laws and regulations.
This appointment shall take effect from the date of issuance. The powers of the plenipotentiary representatives shall cover the entire process of handling the a forementioned student affairs until all matters are properly settled.
