Decision on Revoking Mr. Shi Shaohui

Position as Director of the Permanent Wuhan Office of The Asia Pacific School of Business

To all Permanent Offices and International Exchange Centers (Offices) of All Cooperative Institutions: 

Upon deliberation and decision by the China Education Group of The Asia Pacific School of Business, and following submission to the School’s Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, and School Affairs Committee for review and approval on August 1, 2025, hereby announce the decision on revoking and terminating all positions and authorities of Mr. Shi Shaohui as Director of the Permanent Wuhan Office of The Asia Pacific School of Business as follows:

I. Basis for Revoking the Position 

During his term of office, Mr. Shi Shaohui and his team violated the relevant provisions of documents including “Regulations on Exchange Cooperation and Agent Enrollment”, “Code of Academic Ethics and Morality”, and “Administrative Measures for International Exchange and Cooperation”. Their acts not only damaged the School’s academic reputation and management order, but also seriously disrupted normal academic cooperation and exchanges among cooperative institutions. Upon investigation and verification by the School’s Academic Ethics and Morality Review Committee and relevant departments, their acts have constituted a major violation, with clear facts and conclusive evidence. 

II. Termination of Position and Definition of Responsibilities 

1. Termination of Position**: From the date on which this Decision takes effect, Mr. Shi Shaohui shall cease to hold the position of Director of the Permanent Wuhan Office of The Asia Pacific School of Business, and his powers and responsibilities under the original position shall be terminated simultaneously. 

2. Validity of Documents: 

   Legally valid documents signed by Mr. Shi Shaohui in the name of the aforesaid position prior to the effective date of this Decision shall remain legally binding and be recognized and affirmed by the School

   The School shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any documents signed by Mr. Shi Shaohui in the name of the aforesaid position after the effective date of this Decision. 

III. Requirements for Follow-up Work 

1. The Asia Pacific School of Business shall complete the work handover of the Wuhan Office within 3 working days from the date of issuance of this Decision to ensure the smooth transition of business. 

2. Relevant departments of the School shall strengthen supervision over international exchange, enrollment cooperation and other work, strictly implement systems such as the *Administrative Measures for International Exchange and Cooperation*, and prevent the recurrence of similar incidents. 

 

This Decision shall take effect from the date of its issuance.
