Decision on Approving the Personnel Appointment of the Board of Trustees of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam)

By Executive Order July 9, 2025

In accordance with the Articles of Association of the Board of Trustees of The Asia Pacific School of Business (AP(1995)No.0001.AC/1995-05.1995/A001) and the Articles of Association of the Board of Trustees of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam) (VN(2025) No. 0012, Pursuant to AB/G2013-01.2017/C103), in compliance with the Personnel Appointment and Removal Regulations, the Academic Ethics and Moral Code, the Administrative Affairs Regulations, etc., and after unanimous review by the School Affairs Committee, the Academic Ethics and Moral Review Committee, and the Academic Committee, as well as reporting to the Board of Trustees and Supervisory Board of APSB, it is hereby announced:

1. Appointment: Đuong Thi Thu Lan is appointed as Executive Director of the Board of Trustees of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam) and Dean of Academic Affairs and Admissions of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam);

2. Revocation: The positions of Nguyễn Thị Minh Mỹ as Director of the Board of Trustees of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam) and Office Director of The Asia Pacific School of Business (Vietnam) are revoked;

The above appointments have been approved and ratified by the Board of Trustees and Supervisory Board of APSB and are hereby confirmed.
