Notice of The Asia Pacific School of Business on Authorizing Hubei Chizhou Law Firm as Permanent Legal Counse


To further enhance the Institute's legal risk prevention and control capabilities and ensure the steady operation of all work within the legal framework, after careful study and strict screening, the Asia Pacific School of Business has decided to formally authorize Hubei Chizhou Law Firm to serve as the Institute's permanent legal counsel. In today's society ruled by law, legal counsel has become increasingly important for all entities. With professional legal knowledge and rich practical experience, legal counsel can provide the Institute with comprehensive and multi-level legal services, assisting the Institute in effectively identifying, preventing, and resolving various legal risks, protecting the Institute's legitimate rights and interests, and promoting its sustainable and healthy development. 

From the date of accepting the Institute's authorization, Hubei Chizhou Law Firm shall fully assume the following im

portant responsibilities: 

1. Legal Consultation and Advice: Provide professional and accurate legal consultation services for the Institute's daily operations, teaching management, external cooperation, and other legal-related affairs. Based on current laws and regulations and combined with the Institute's actual situation, provide practical legal advice to ensure the legality and compliance of all decisions and acts of the Institute. 

2. Review and Drafting of Legal Documents: Strictly review various legal documents generated in the Institute's daily management, including but not limited to contracts, agreements, articles of association, statements, etc., and correct potential legal defects and risk clauses therein; meanwhile, draft various legal documents that comply with legal requirements and fully safeguard the Institute's rights and interests according to the Institute's business needs. 

3. Participation in Major Decision-making: Actively participate in the Institute's management decision-making or major matter decision-making process, analyze and demonstrate decision-making matters from a legal perspective, assess potential legal risks, and provide professional legal opinions to ensure the legality and feasibility of decisions and escort the promotion of the Institute's major affairs. 

4. Legal Training and Publicity: Assist the Institute in carrying out legal publicity and education activities, enhance the legal awareness of the Institute's faculty, students, and staff, improve their legal literacy and risk prevention capabilities through forms such as legal lectures and training courses, and strengthen internal management of the Institute by means of law. 

5. Dispute Resolution and Litigation Agency: Give priority to accepting the Institute's entrustment to participate in the handling of civil, economic, administrative disputes, or other major disputes that have not yet formed litigation or arbitration of the Institute, and make every effort to promote the proper resolution of disputes through non-litigation means such as negotiation and mediation; if the disputes cannot be resolved through non-litigation channels, act as the agent of the Institute to participate in the mediation, arbitration, or litigation activities of various dispute cases such as civil, economic, and administrative disputes, and maximize the protection of the Institute's legitimate rights and interests within the legal framework. 

It is hereby solemnly declared that the jurisdiction of Hubei Chizhou Law Firm over the Institute's legal affairs is limited to the Chinese mainland. The Asia Pacific School of Business authorizes that, from the date of this notice, all legal affairs of the Institute, including but not limited to contract disputes, intellectual property protection, labor and personnel disputes, legal issues in external cooperation, and other various disputes, shall be handled by Hubei Chizhou Law Firm. The Institute sincerely looks forward to working together with Hubei Chizhou Law Firm, leveraging its professional capabilities to continuously improve the Institute's legal risk prevention and control system, enhance the level of governing the Institute by law, and jointly create a new situation for the Institute's development.
