The Asia Pacific School of Business takes the leading role in organizing and managing the entire interview process for Vietnamese students applying to the joint dual - degree programs with Chinese partner institutions from July 15 - July 25, 2025. The following is a detailed breakdown of the arrangements and procedures.

1. Pre - interview Preparation Phase (Led by the Asia Pacific School of Business)

The Asia Pacific School of Business is responsible for setting and enforcing the application deadline. All Vietnamese applicants must submit their applications through the school's designated international student application platform in China by 23:59 (China Standard Time) on June 30, 2025. The school will send multiple reminder emails in the weeks leading up to the deadline to ensure applicants are aware of the requirement. Any application received after this time will be automatically rejected for this interview cycle.

1.2 Comprehensive Document Verification

From July 1 - July 5, 2025, an expert team assembled by the Asia Pacific School of Business, in close cooperation with representatives from Chinese partner institutions, will conduct a meticulous verification of all submitted application documents.

●  Academic Transcripts: The team will cross - check transcripts with the issuing institutions to confirm their authenticity, ensuring that the grades and courses are accurately represented.

●  Recommendation Letters: They will verify the credibility of the recommenders and the content's relevance to the applicant's suitability for the program.

●  Personal Statements: The statements will be reviewed for compliance with the program's requirements, checking for clarity of purpose, coherence, and alignment with the program's educational objectives. Applicants with document discrepancies will receive an official notice from the Asia Pacific School of Business via email, specifying the issues and the deadline (usually within 3 working days) for submitting corrected or supplementary materials. Failure to respond timely will lead to disqualification from the interview.

1.3 Interview Invitation and Communication

On July 6, 2025, the Asia Pacific School of Business will dispatch personalized interview invitations to eligible candidates. Each invitation will:

●  Mode and Time Details: Clearly indicate whether the interview will be online or on - site, along with the exact date, time (in China Standard Time), and duration (30 - 45 minutes).

●  Online Interviews: For online sessions, provide a secure link to the video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom or Tencent Meeting), unique meeting ID, password, and a step - by - step guide on technical setup. A dedicated technical support hotline and email will also be included for immediate assistance.

●  On - site Interviews: For in - person interviews, specify the exact address of the Chinese partner institution's interview venue, registration desk location, required arrival time (30 minutes prior to the interview), and the list of identification documents to bring (valid passport, etc.).

●  Interview Guidelines: Attach a detailed document outlining the interview structure, evaluation criteria, and code of conduct during the interview.

2. Interview Execution Phase (July 15 - July 25, 2025)

The Asia Pacific School of Business will oversee the entire online interview process:

●  Pre - interview Checks: The school's technical team will monitor the video conferencing platform from 15 minutes before each scheduled interview to ensure stability. Applicants are required to log in during this time for equipment testing, including camera, microphone, and internet connection. Technical support staff will be on standby to resolve any connectivity or software issues promptly.

●  Panel Coordination: At the designated start time, the school will coordinate the entry of the interview panel members, which consist of academic professors from Chinese partner institutions, international student affairs representatives, and potentially an Asia Pacific School of Business expert. The panel will follow a standardized interview script provided by the Asia Pacific School of Business, covering the introduction (2 - 3 minutes), academic knowledge assessment, Chinese language proficiency evaluation, cultural adaptability questions, and program - specific inquiries.

●  Recording and Documentation: With prior consent from applicants, all online interviews will be recorded by the Asia Pacific School of Business for quality assurance and review purposes. The Asia Pacific School of Business will centralize and process all interview scores:

●  Data Collection: The school's administrative team will collect score sheets from all panel members, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
