APSB was invited to attend the 2025 World Digital Education Conference, which took place in Wuhan from May 14–16
The Asia Pacific School of Business (APSB), a globally recognized institution renowned for its commitment to excellence in business education, is proud to announce that Dr. Jianyin Yiyan, Rotating Chairman of the Board of University, participated in the 2025 World Digital Education Conference held in Wuhan, China, from May 14–16.

In 2025, APSB further solidified its international footprint by signing a comprehensive strategic partnership with Geely Talent Development Group, a subsidiary of the world’s leading automotive conglomerate. The collaboration includes the establishment of the "Chips and Semiconductors College (Vietnam)", which offers dualdegree programs in automotive industry management and supply chain analytics, integrating APSB’s ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2018certified curriculum with Geely’s industry expertise.

The 2025 World Digital Education Conference: A Catalyst for Innovation
Hosted under the theme "Education Development and Transformation: The Intelligent Era", the conference brought together 2,000+ policymakers, educators, and tech innovators to address challenges posed by AI and digitalization in education. During the meeting, Dr. Jianyin Yiyan focused on introducing APSB's AIenabled teaching models, such as virtual simulation laboratories and AIdriven personalized learning platforms, to the participating colleges and research institutions, which have been recognized by the Quality Matters (QM) certification for online course excellence .

“At APSB, we view digital transformation not as a disruption but as a mechanism to amplify educational equity,” Dr. Yiyan stated. “Our partnership with Geely exemplifies this philosophy, where AI facilitates realtime crossborder collaboration between students and industry experts, preparing graduates to thrive in ASEAN’s digital economy.”
The conference also provided a platform for APSB to showcase its global campus network, which includes campuses in Singapore, New Zealand, Vietnam, and Academic Research Centre in Shenzhen, and partnerships with institutions like Boston College and the National University of Hanoi and Trade union University. These initiatives, supported by APSB’s ISO 29990:2010 certification for international education services, enable students to earn globally recognized degrees through flexible, hybrid learning models.

The 2025 World Digital Education Conference served as a pivotal moment for APSB to align its strategic goals with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure). By sharing its AIintegrated curriculum frameworks and crosscultural management programs, APSB aims to inspire other institutions to adopt inclusive, technologydriven pedagogies.
Looking ahead, APSB plans to launch the ASEAN Digital Business Research Consortium, a collaborative initiative with universities across Southeast Asia to address regional challenges in digital transformation. The consortium will leverage APSB’s GAFM certification to develop standardized curricula in fintech and sustainable business practices.

2025 World Digital Education Conference
Cohosted by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, the National Commission of the People’s Republic of China for UNESCO, and the People’s Government of Hubei Province, the 2025 World Digital Education Conference was held under the theme "Education Development and Transformation: The Intelligent Era".
Key Milestones:
January 25, 2024: At the Promotion Meeting for Hubei’s Special Action on Educational Digital Transformation, it was announced that the 2025 World Digital Education Conference would be hosted in Hubei.
May 7, 2025: Hubei convened a special meeting to advance preparations for the Conference.
May 9, 2025: The Ministry of Education held a press conference to introduce the Conference, announcing the release of five landmark achievements in educational digitization.
May 14–16, 2025: The Conference was held in Wuhan. The "AI Aesthetic Education System" by Hubei Institute of Fine Arts was showcased at the event.
Afternoon of May 14, 2025: Ding Xuexiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony in Wuhan and delivered a speech.
May 15, 2025: The Plenary Session of the Conference, cohosted by the Ministry of Education, China’s National Commission for UNESCO, and the Hubei Provincial Government, was successfully convened.
Conference Structure and Participants:
The Conference brought together heads of education departments from relevant countries, leaders of international organizations, principals and representatives of teachers and students from pretertiary and tertiary institutions worldwide, digital technology enterprise representatives, and experts/scholars to discuss topics including technological frontiers, policy mechanisms, application promotion, and digital ethics.
The event comprised four main components: opening ceremony, plenary session, parallel meetings, and closing ceremony. Preconference school visits were arranged, and a Global Educational Digitization Achievements Exhibition was held concurrently, featuring an immersive onlineoffline viewing experience.
