Our university is about to settle in the Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone, and has legally carried out joint school-running with Sanya University to establish The Asia Pacific School of Business (Hainan) Joint International College.

The Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone in Hainan is located on the Li'an Peninsula of Lingshui. Co-constructed by the Ministry of Education of China and Hainan Province, it is one of the 13 key parks for the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port and an important platform to advance the development of the "Hainan International Education Innovation Island". The pilot zone has a planned area of 12.72 square kilometers and a "multiple plans integration" development boundary area of 1,059.42 hectares, with a total construction volume of no more than 6.7 million square meters. It mainly undertakes the functions of international education and the integrated development of education, scientific research, industry and city.
